The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a flat screen TV. The living room has a large sofa to relax and a flat screen TV as well.The house has two major advantages:

 – The first one is it is recently renovated and the decoration is simple and modern.

– The second one is that is close to everything.

It is also only 270 meters away from waterfront. We tried to create a beautiful environment, modern and functional.  It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, such as a washing machine, 2 TVs, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine etc).  The new balcony doors are double glazed, so this minimizes any potential noise coming from outside, while preserving the room temperature. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out into the city….
